::: DESCRIPTION :::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::
this was an alarm that i bent and turned into a self
modulating variable pitch oscillator. the top knob
is a volume ( nearest the output ), the next switch
is a pitch drop that runs it very very slow ( so slow
the pitch knobs hardly have any effect but it sounds
cool ) , the next two knobs are the pitch knobs, they
are not fine and course rather they are both equal
in size. this thing has a pretty big pitch range so
i added to extra full control to give it a full swing.
the next switch is the power switch and then the bottom
knob is a starve control. there is a ¼” output
and an external 9V battery holder. the cases are old
hardwood cigar cases i found and painted and they should
last a lifetime under normal use. only two made
update: the inductor
that boosts the volume on the second lillack cracked
and that ended up in an intermittent short, so i replaced
it with a custom transistor booster that worked but
now the starve control doesn't really do much so its
a lot less interesting. it still works great but its
a one trick pony now so i'm just going to keep it for
something else unless someone wants it for like half
price. if so ask
update 2: i finally
found a replacement inductor so the second lillack
is now avialable in its original state
::: SAMPLES
::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::
these samples are just me hitting record
and messing around in an attempt the show you the full
range of options. they are all from one single pass
that i just cut up into segments. no effects or editing
was done to anything at all. people that make samples
with reverb or delay are fucking morons that are trying
to hide or exaggerate their results.
