description -

this is a one of a kind bent sampler (this core doesn't
show up in anything else i've made, and i'm pretty
sure nothing else in the audio world) . it has
been bent to yield a speed / pitch control but it does
not have an enormous pitch range, its only about 2-3
octaves. there's also an output volume control, crash
/ glitch switch that changes as you turn the speed
knob, synth / osc tone switch (speed knob = pitch),
and a 3 way toggle for record / off / loop with a violet
led showing the record state. the sampler is pretty
lo-fi, its maybe around 10-bit at the cleanest setting
but as you slow the speed down the bit depth drops
too, down to total glitchy crushed shit. at the cleanest
/ left most setting the sample time is about 16 seconds
and at 50% its around 40 seconds and crushed but still
recognizable, below that its hard to tell because its
complete digital noise. i also added an input and output
jack and imbedded a mic into the front panel for easy
sampling, the mic is automatically switched over to
the input jack when you insert a cable. the output
can drive a pair of headphones but only mono. runs
off of a single 9v battery, cool slanted ABS case,
the top and bottom panels are aluminum sheets, pretty
straight forward.

unedited single passes. i didn't try to cut
clean loops or anything, no other effects of
any kind were used. |

heart, circuit bent (being forced to fail) and
as a result its possible that its heart
can die at any time. as a result i can
not cover it under the warranty. as for
all of my custom addition's, parts, knobs
and stuff they are covered under the warranty
for failure as you would expect.
